Lawrence La Riviere White is a graduate student in English at the University of Washington. He is working on a PhD in Theory and Criticism, specializing in U.S. Literature of the 19th & 20th Centuries. He has poems included in the recently published Iowa Anthology of New American Poetries. He is a regular contributor to The Valve: A Literary Organ.
